UWT declares the following General Terms and Conditions (latest versions) to all her quotations, agreements and services:

All services related to repairing, maintaining and cleaning (including handling and storage) of containers are subject to the HCRA conditions (filed at the Districts Court in Rotterdam on 1st February 1996).

All services related to freight forwarding activities, including custom's formalities and fiscal representation, are subject to the Dutch Freight Forwarding conditions (filed at the District Court in Rotterdam on 4th Januari 1999).

All services related to stevedoring activities are subject to the VRTO conditions (filed at the District Court in Rotterdam on 2nd September 2009).

All services related to domestic transport by road are subject to the AVC conditions (filed at the Arrondissementsrechtbank in Rotterdam.
